Drinking a lot of juice, eating cereals, white toast and peanut butter will not make your pounds disappear. You must change your diet and become a lot more active. 

Moreover, breakfast is the most important meal during the day giving your stomach a reason to start working in the morning, and has biggest impact on your body. This recipe will help you lose some pounds, but you have to make adjustments to suit your unique tastes.




Ingredients:
  • ½ tbsp. ground flaxseed;
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats;
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk;
  • ¾ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder;
  • ½ banana;
  • ¼ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional);
  • 1 heaping spoonful of plain Greek yogurt;
  • 1 tbsp. raw organic honey.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place it in the fridge during the night. In the morning, take the mixture out and have your breakfast. You can warm it up on the stove and add extra almond milk.
