According to health standards for weight loss, losing 10kg for 12 days is to much for the organism, but in accordance with some nutritionists this type of diet is good for the body once or twice in the year because it is useful for the health.


Rules for the 12 days of eating regimen:


Never eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Use flax and sesame oil.  Never go back right away on the old way of eating for another 3-5 days. Lots of water and green tea is recommendable to drink.
12 days menu:

§  Dairy products, 5 cups of sour milk, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea
§  Fruit, 4-6 oranges, one tablespoon of olive oil, green tea
§  Cheese, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea
§  5 cups of cooked vegetables, two tablespoons of olive oil and green tea
§  A dark chocolate and green tea
§  6 apples and a tablespoon of olive oil, tea and water
§  300 grams of cheese and green tea
§  Four fresh salads with olive oil, green tea
§  400 grams of roast beef, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea
§  3-4 fresh salads and green tea
§  500 grams of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea

The following 3-5 days you can incorporate flame broiled fish, chicken, steam veggies, egg whites, crisp foods grown from the ground with the goal that you don’t change promptly to an in number eating routine that will be a stun to the body.
