Ingredients:
§  2 teaspoons of turmeric
§  1 small piece ginger root
§  34 oz. water
§  14 oz. peeled garlic
§  14 oz. sugar (preferably brown sugar)

Preparation:
Pour the water into a pan and put it on fire. Add the sugar and stir it well. When it starts to boil, add the garlic, the turmeric, and the grated ginger. Stir again. Leave the mixture one more minute and then remove the pan from the heat. Let it cool to a room temperature. After that, you can store the mixture in the fridge.
Dosage:
Take 2 tablespoons in the morning (on an empty stomach), and then 2 in the evening (after your last meal for that day).
