In general this diet is based on low-fat cottage cheese and kephir, which contribute to the process of burning calories and inhibit their creation.


The good news from this diet is that you are never going to be hungry. Among people it is consider as the most economic and practical diet for the body. Apart from losing weight, this diet will help you clean your body from the toxins.

The duration of the diet it
should take 5- 10 days and no more than that.  Or to be exact it is estimated that the ideal period of time s 5-7 days in which you will lose 8-11 pounds.

For better results it is good to follow the rules without breaking them- do not eat sweets and other foods that are on the Forbidden list. If you break the rules you know you won’t have any effects.
There are 4 variation of this diet:

§  Variation 1
You should consume 400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and drink 1,5 liters of fat-free kephir. Split this amount in 4-5 equal meals. Drink a lot of water and herbal teas. Drink a glass of kephir right before you go to bed.
§  Variation 2
Eat fat-free cheese 5 times a day, along with a glass of fat-free milk.
§  Variation 3
Eat 500 grams of cottage cheese during the day, 2 slices of fruit (everything is permitted except for a banana), drink water and green tea.
§  Variation 4
You can eat 500 grams of fat-free cottage cheese and drink 2 glasses of kephir, in which you can add a handful of whole-grains.
